On this page club members can become familiar with the rules and regulation of  club O.S.R.

The rules & regulations below are basic and simple.  They are simplified for your convenience. You will find that they are probably close to or the same as any rule that you use in every-day life.  They are there to protect you, other club members, and the over-all integrity of the club.

1)  Everyone must have fun.
 
2)  The vehicles of all club members must
     display a club name sticker. Size is
     optional.
 
3)  No use of drugs or alcohol at club meets.
     Anyone that does not obey this rule will be
     immediately removed from the club. Zero
     tolerance policy.
 
4)  No strong horse-play during club meets.
     Damage to someone's property and harm
     to yourself can result as an accident.
 
5)  Respect the property where meets are
     held. Keep property clean and pick up
     after yourself.
 
6)  No vandalism. Anyone caught vandalizing
     Another member's vehicle or the property
     where meets are held will be promptly
     removed from the club on the spot.
 
7)  Anyone interested in joining O.S.R. must
     fill out an application and submit it. You
     will then be required to meet club members
     for evaluation.
 
8)  Club members will not bring unwanted
     attention to club . Do not disobey legal
     authorities. Strict enforcement applies.
 
9)  All club members and members with
     O.S.R. stickers will obey traffic laws.
 
10)  Members must attend one club meet or
       one club event per month.
 
11)  Members must report situations to club
       officials when they are unable to attend
       any activities or meets during any month,
       in which case arrangements will be made.
 
12)  Members must have a valid drivers
       license and proof of insurance. Not only
       is this part of obeying traffic laws , it is
       for your own good as well.
 
13)  Any activities and gestures that lower or
       deface the morality of the club is strictly
       enforced and may be held as grounds for
       immediate member removal.
 
14)  All members will make effort to help the
       club thrive , grow, and be recognized.
       Inform others of our hobby. Do not help to
       stereotype us.
 
15)  The club does not allow street racing, in
       any way what-so-ever. Strictly enforced.
 
16)  The club is not responsible for accidents,
       traffic violations, nor destruction of
       property at any club event.
 
17)  You are held responsible for yourself
        during any / all club events.
 
18)  Members must show respect toward other
       car clubs and their members. Conflicts
       with other club members is not tolerated.
       See club officials if there are any
       problems.
 
19)  Dues will be paid every month. Dues are
       subject to change at any time. Dues are
       put toward club activities. See a club
       official for details.
 
20) Above all, all members will obey all club
      officials.
 
21)  We ask that you bring a cell phone and/or
       a two-way radio (CB Radio) to help
       prevent getting lost.
 
22)  We encourage members to offer their
       skills to help other members accomplish
       their goals.
 
23)  We encourage friendship, having fun, and
       hangin' tough.
 
24)  Club rules and regulations are subject to
       change at any time.
 
25)  The National President is responsible for
        the final say of all decisions in the club.
 
26)  Members are responsible to help with
        recruiting other members.
 
27)  Joining members must have a car to join.
 
28)  Breaking any of these rules means you
       may be kicked out of the club or
       suspended for a certain period of time.
      

 
If you feel that you cannot follow the rules & regulations of  O.S.R.  , you need not apply , saving your time and ours.

Be sure to follow all state and local laws when customizing your vehicle.  You can find these regulations by contacting the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or the Pennsylvania State Police or contact these departments in your state if not from Pennsylvania. Club O.S.R. is not responsible for anyone breaking the law, you are responsible for following traffic laws.
